Ch. Du Tertre belongs
to the Dutchman Eric Albada Jelgersma since 1997. He has done incredible
investments in the vineyard and the chateau. These investments and smaller
yields both have brought the cru to a higher level, higher than its ranking.
The terroir, with one of the highest ridges of the appellation Margaux in
Arsac, was totally replanted and this can be seen now. The price remains
affordable for the offered quality.
