2016Château La Tour Carnet(Red)

Bernard Magrez owns this beautiful 13th century castle with its four towers. The terroir is excellent because of its location, very close to St. Julien (Ch. Lagrange and Ch. Gruaud Larose are its neighbours). The vines are beginning to have a considerable age (on average 30 years) and this begins to bear its fruits. The triple selection (first time in the vineyard, second time on a vibrating table and a third time with an optical eye) give a very pure taste because only the most beautiful berries (caviar) goes into the wine.
