always makes the most of the terroir. The vineyard of 7.49ha has an average age
of 43 years and is harvested 100% by hand. There is a double selection: a first
time in the vineyard and a second time in the chai. No filters or clearing. The
estate is advised by Jean-Philippe Fort of Laboratoire Michel Rolland.
