It has been known for a long time that the most beautiful terroir of Pomerol is situated on and around the plateau Certan. This chateau has a small vineyard of 5ha next to great names as Ch. Le Pin and Vieux Ch. Certan. Ch. Certan de May is in hands of Mrs. Odette Barreau-Bador who produces this delicacy, about 2000 cases a year, together with her son Jean-Luc.
