This beautiful cru of 15ha owes its name to the
beautiful old tower that is situated on a parcel called “Les Termes”. The
vineyards are situated in the village Pez in St. Corbin. Jean and Christophe
Anney do the vinification since 1979. They also renewed the vinification
material to be able to produce a wine that belongs to the better cru bourgeois
of the appellation. 2016 is the first vintage where Hubert de Bouard (Ch.
Angelus) was taken as a consultant. He was chosen for his great experience with
the merlot (which contains a high % of the assembly) but also for his
experience on both the left and right bank and his sincerity and accessibility.
This wine has the certificate of Terra Vitis (vinification with respect for
nature).
