bought this beautiful chateau in 1990 because of its wonderful terroir, a
beautiful ridge with gravel in the village of Martillac. Motivated by this
excellent soil, a remarkable investment was made to improve the terroir and the
cellar to obtain a higher quality in this region where delicate, elegant and
attractive red wines are produced. Ch. La Garde is especially full, flexible
and seducing and elegant and fine at the same time.
