News from Bordeaux - Ch. Dauzac sold

Ch. Dauzac was sold to the French Roulleau family in December of last year for an estimated price of 120 million euros. This 5th Grand Cru Classé with its 49ha vineyard (and 70ha around it) was sold for a bigger amount than Ch. Calon Ségur a few years ago. Very remarkable: Ch. Calon Ségur's wine is twice as expensive as Ch. Dauzac's. This means that soils in Bordeaux keep raising in value, especially for Grand Cru Classés.
