This 35ha cru belongs
to Jean-Michel Cazes (Ch. Lynch Bages) and the terroir consists of two parcels
of mostly gravel and clay-sand. 45% new oak is used for maturation. The wine
has a sensual soft style, the contrary of what one would expect in this
appellation. It also has the advantage of being quickly accessible but can be
stored for 8 to 10 years. The price remains very reasonable for the offered
quality.
