Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné is one of the most popular producers in the Rhône region, with its ‘Hermitage La Chapelle’ as flagship that often gets 100/100 by critics. The domain has many different parcels that belong to Caroline Frey since 2006, she converted all vineyards to bio. This method ensures that the wines are full of vivid and exuberant fruit. The ‘Parallèle 45’ refers to the 45th parallel on the globe, which is always considered the best place for viticulture. This parallel is situated 2km from the south of Domaine Paul Jaboulet Aîné.
