It was during a cosy and delicious meal in Bordeaux with the famous ‘cèpes de Bordeaux’ (the typical mushrooms that grow in the woods of the Médoc), a good piece of meat and of course a few legendary bottles of wine that some friends-château owners had the idea to assemble a new unique crate of 3 bottles.
This concerns 3 emblematic châteaus; Ch. Léoville Las Cases, Ch. Palmer and Ch. Figeac. Each of them offers a pure expression of an other appellation within Bordeaux (St. Julien, Margaux and St. Emilion), from 3 exceptional vintages.
These 3 châteaus are run according to equal family values, with consistency and tireless devotion to produce absolutely excellent wines with a reflection of their great terroir.
The 3 châteaus also represent the French ‘art de vivre’. The crate is made to celebrate the good things in life, sharing a good glass of wine and a delicious meal with good friends!
Note that there are only a few crates available. Each crate has 1 bottle of Ch. Léoville Las Cases 2000 (St. Julien), 1 bottle of Ch. Palmer 2005 (Margaux) and 1 bottle of Ch. Figeac 2010 (St. Emilion). The bottles have been stored in perfect conditions in the châteaus up to now.
