Ch. Fombrauge is one of the four Grand Cru Classés owned by Bernard Magrez. Impressive investments have been made in 2012 (lots of new cuves were bought) for parcel vinification. The investments are prioring to book good results! The chateau’s advisor is Michel Rolland. He gave more volume and roundness to the wine than before. The chateau has been promoted from St. Emilion Grand Cru to St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé since 2012.
