This 4th Grand Cru
Classé of 39.50ha is situated in the centre of Margaux, next to Ch. Rauzan
Gassies and Ch. Rauzan Ségla. The chateau belongs to the Sénéclauze family
since 1935. Ludovic David, ex co-worker of Bernard Magrez became general
director in 2009 and made the turnabout to improve the quality. A completely
renovated chai, better selections and slower extractions have remarkably
improved the quality of the last millésimes. Besides, Ch. Marquis de Terme remains a very affordable Margaux. From now on, a very special guided tour is
possible for tourists and there is also a new restaurant.
