This cru, which we
meet after Ch. La Lagune, is one of the first chateaus on the ‘Route des châteaux’.
It belongs to the company ‘Mutuelle du Bâtiment
et des Travaux Publics’. The
château is surrounded by an extensive park with trees. The surface of the
vineyard is 87ha. 70% of the harvest goes into the first wine. Georges Pauli is
the advisor. The quality of Cantemerle is very good year after year.
