This second wine of Domaine de Chevalier comes
from the grapes of the biggest terroir and is harvested manually with the same
care as for the first wine and vinified in the same delicious, concentrated and
elegant style. Only juices that have just too little structure for the first
wine are used. The cuvees that go into the second wine always need to be
balanced, well-structured and need to reflect the soul of the great wine! The
wine is accessible quicker for degustation and consumption. Since the vintage
2016, is offered in primeur for the first time.
