Domaine de Chevalier is a well-known château in Pessac Léognan and the owner Olivier Bernard knows like no other how to make stylish and qualitative wines.
The domain produces a rosé wine in small quantities according to the ‘saignée’ principle: they let the grapes ‘bleed’. The juice is squeezed from the grape by the weight of the bunch when falling into the barrel. This is an expensive way to make rosé because it takes more time as the grapes are slowly and lightly squeezed. The juice is then put in a separate cuvee for fermentation. The domain wanted to be conspicuous by using a very aesthetic, modern and superior bottle. The wonderful original label must express class, elegance and modernity of the product. Available in bottle, magnum and 3 liters.
