Cos d'Estournel made this white wine for the first time in 2004. Today this white has more complexity than it did then. The vinification system of this chateau is of the best sort and leads to extreme finesse and quality. The returns are kept very low (ca. 30hl/ha) and the wine ripens for 15% on new oak barrels. Due to this small production, offers of this white wine are limited.
